Devlog 7- 0.1e update




Hey all!
A new update is here — version 0.1e — and it brings several new features and fixes:
Building Destruction:
Players can now remove buildings they’ve placed. When doing so, they’ll receive half of the original cost back. However, the grass underneath will need to be cut again afterwards. (This may change in the future to reflect some sort of terrain clean-up after demolition, but for now this system works well.)
Bug Fixes:

Resolved an issue where the cursor would disappear when placing multiple buildings and then cancelling with right-click.

Multiple cursors removed — for now, there’s only one cursor image (a shovel), keeping things simple.
UI Improvements:

Added helpful UI messages to explain why certain actions can't be performed.
For example:

“Grass has already been cut here.”
-
“Not enough people.”
-
“You received a refund of X gold for destroying a building.”
What’s Next?
Next, I’ll be revisiting some tasks I mentioned in previous devlogs but didn’t get a chance to complete. I’d also love to:

Rework the buildings UI
-
Add more decorations
-
Improve building visuals — right now they feel a little empty or plain on the ground, so I might decorate them more or give them a bit of polish.
