Rise of the Village Hero now on Humble Store!

Hello everyone!

This Wednesday marks an exciting milestone as my game becomes available for the first time on Steam, Itch.io, and the Humble Bundle Store. It has been quite a journey, and I’m thrilled to share this with you. One of my goals for the studio has always been to ensure that my games—both current and future—are available on as many platforms as possible. I’m very proud to have achieved this within a relatively short timeframe. I’m still considering Epic, but I’m waiting until I reach version 1.0.

Thank you to everyone who has supported me, whether by wishlisting or purchasing the game so far. It’s not easy being a #solodev, but I keep pushing forward.

It’s not just about making the game and working on the current early access; it also involves managing all the admin work, marketing, chasing leads, developing new prototypes, applying for funding, and seeking collaborations and networking opportunities. It’s like wearing a thousand hats day in and day out.

I’m incredibly proud of what I’ve achieved, especially considering I’m doing all of this on my own. There’s no admin team, no marketing team, and no previous years of experience in a studio, indie or otherwise, so I’m making my own experience as I go by learning and adapting.
